Easynet Loans uses other brokers to secure the best loan or mortgage for you. We share information with them and they will use it as set out above.
You have a legal right to see any information we hold about you. If you would like to see your records, please write to Easynet Loans, enclosing an administration fee of £10.00.
We may sometimes contact you to let you know about products and services from other companies that we believe might interest you.
We may also share your details with companies who do market research on our behalf.
You have a legal right to instruct us not to contact you or share your details with other companies for marketing purposes. You also have a legal right to instruct us not to telephone you for sales purposes. If you want to do so, please write to Easynet Loans.
We are proud of the way we look after our customers and our team contacts a number of new customers each month to make sure they are happy with all aspects of our service. However, even in the best organisations things can go wrong and if you're unhappy for any reason we want to know. You can contact us by phone or in writing either by post or e-mail. Insurance Complaints that cannot be resolved by us or the insurers complaints department may be referred to The General Insurance Standards Council on 0845 601 2857 or the Financial Ombudsman Service on 0845 080 1800. Further details will be provided to you at the appropriate stage of the complaints process.
